1. The Space

No. of bedrooms: 5 (All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan and aircond!)
No. of bathrooms: 5 (4 fully equipped with water heater)
Layout: Intermediate Three-Storey House
Furnishing: Fully furnished with air-conditioned living hall, Fully tinted to give cool environment within the house.
Driveway : Can accommodate two cars
(Can fit 2 more cars in front of the house)

2. The Capacity

Villa Meena at Bandar Baru Bangi can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in which 12 pax on real Queen beds  and 2 pax on sofabeds, hence it would be a perfect place for a big gathering. You also have the option to add-on Queen-sized floor mattresses (extra charges apply) if you need to add more people (or if you prefer mattresses for person 13 & 14 instead of sofabed). We have 3 sets of Queen-sized mattresses that you can add-on, so you can fit a total 20 pax comfortably if you decide to add the floor mattresses!

There are 2 living halls available inside the house, one is located on the Ground Floor (equipped with sofa, TV set, Astro Njoi and board games) and another one is located in the Second Floor (equipped with sofa only with magazines – suitable for resting/lounging).

3. The Dine

The dining room is equipped with 6-seater dining table.

Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, necessary utensils and is ready to be used. We provide microwave/oven for heating or multipurpose cooking (electric cooker is available). The kitchen is provided on the Ground Floor.

At Villa Meena, we provide Electric Cooker, Rice Cooker, Microwave Oven and Water Filter Dispenser Hot/Cold for your usage.

3. The Comfort

We provide real bed to our beloved customers. Our beds are equipped with hotel-grade mattresses, pillows and duvets.

We also provide fluffy towels for your usage!

All 5 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan and aircond.

All bedrooms have attached bathrooms (3 bedrooms have private bathrooms while 2 bedrooms shared the same bathrooms) and all the attached bathrooms are equipped with water heater.

Bedroom 2 (Fan only) – Medium Room (First Floor)
1 Queen-sized bed with duvet and 2 hotel-grade pillows for your good night sleep.
1 unit of clothing rack attached with laundry bag + hangers
1 attached shared bathroom (shared with Bedroom 3) with water heater, towel rack, shampoo & body foam provided.

 4. Other Amenities

We also provide 2 sets of of iron and iron board for you. And not to forget, 1 unit of hair dryer for your usage =)

At the laundry area (besides the kitchen), we also provide a Washing Machine and clothes hanging rack area for your usage. Complimentary detergent is provided.

5. Work

We provide a work table and chairs for you to do your work during your stay.

6. Indoor leisure and entertainment

At Villa Meena Homestay Bandar Baru Bangi, we provide 1 unit of TV set equipped with Astro Njoi and also some magazines, novels and comics should you plan to stay indoors so that you can fill up your time and will never be bored.

7. Security

Our house is located in a gated guarded residential area. Upon booking, you will need to provide your information in order for us to register your group at the Guard House to ensure smooth process.

8. Live and Play

There’s a small park with a playground nearby so it’s perfect for family vacation. It is also located within 5 minutes to Taman Tasik Cempaka (Cempaka Lake Garden) where you can jog while your kids play at the playground available. There is Bangi Wonderland Waterpark located within 15 minutes away at Bandar Bukit Mahkota (one toll away).

Well, you’ll be able to access the whole house except a locked storage/utilities room. After you have completed the booking, I’ll provide guidance for your check-in.

You can have access to the local playgrounds and jog track.

The hypermarket, surau, food outlets, petrol pump, gym, Mamak’s stalls, bank, laundry and retails store are only within 1-5 minutes drive.

Minimal interaction is provided, so you can stay in the house with privacy. However, should you need any help or have any questions, you can reach us by call/whatsapp to 019-3687768.

The neighborhood is gated and guarded with good security. It’s a new housing area (a road) within an established housing neighborhood. Convenience stores, laundry, banks, petrol stations, ATMS. restaurants and mamak stalls are just within 1-5 minutes drive away.

The neighborhood is within Bandar Baru Bangi, neighboring with Kajang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Seri Kembangan, Serdang. Located just about 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur City Center.
